"Outstanding experience, indoor pool/hot tub was nice- pool in need of some cosmetic repair; but very clean and working well. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Phenomenal continental breakfast that was well stocked. Room was clean and large for the decent price. Great scenery behind hotel looking to the mountains. They have a playground outdoors for the kids (although it was snowing so I couldn't use it, looked in nice shape). Game room and gym looked great. 5 mins away from downtown Lancaster where you can do some shopping and there are some solid restaurants. We were up from MA to go to Santas Village, which was about 3 mins away. Storyland is close too- so lots of kids/families staying. Overall very happy we chose this hotel, and will stay again when we come back to NH this summer for Storyland"

"The Bretton Arms Inn is downhill from the Hotel Mount Washington. We could use all of the facilities (pools and fitness center as well as the many restaurants and the shuttle bus to the main hotel and to the ski area) at the Hotel Mount Washington. Our room rate included a continental breakfast buffet with a number of healthy options parking was close by. "

"Beautiful views. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent massage by Cassandra at the spa. Learned a lot from Jessica, the farmer, at the barn. MVG would be a great place for a knitting or weaving workshop and to learn more about the wool, etc. Might be nice to have their yarn in the gift shop. By magic ( or hard working staff who came in at 3:30-4:00 am) Christmas decorations were all in place the day after Thanksgiving (when we had a delicious buffet).Also meals at the restaurant were very good and my partner said he had the best pizza he’d ever eaten. My only complaint was that our room was rather small with only one chair (2 of us) compared to our friends who by luck had a corner room which was larger ( same price). Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay. "
