"We spent the weekend in this charming loft apartment in Carleton Place so we could see the Springsteen concert in Kanata November '24. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The home is just a few blocks from many local restaurants and small businesses. We enjoyed walking around town and enjoying the historic architecture and views of the river. "Cute apartment with a great kitchenette for those who don't want to eat out all the time. Wi-Fi was provided and entrance to the property was easy and I felt secure. The host has lot of little extras and tries to make your stay pleasant. There are steep stairs for any who would be troubled by that but they are very stable and have railings. "

"The Latakia suite was quite beautiful and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was well appointed with a real touch of class! And our host, Randa, communicated clearly and helpfully at all times. Perth is an amazing, historic town. It was so great to be able to walk to such a nice variety of excellent restaurants and shops. "Great location close to all the cute shops and local eateries. Easy access to highway and short drive to Kanata and Ottawa as well as many great things to see in Ottawa Valley. More convenient and better value than the local hotels. Full kitchen is really well equipped and newer which also helps save on eating out. The host was very responsive and helpful but never intrusive. Perfect spot for checking out this picturesque little town. "

"…finishes were cheap as were the mishmash of old furniture and decorations. Not as clean as one might expect given 2 signs to remove your shoes. Spiderwebs under the entrance bench and dirt under the beds. Most definitely overpriced for a one night stay after all the fees and taxes are added, it was double the quoted rate."
