"The location was within a 15 minute walk to my brother's place which made it ideal. We also enjoyed plenty of restaurants, museums, and sites within walking distance. The space was large enough for our family to get some alone time when needed. We didn't figure out until the end of the week that the reason we were not getting wifi in our bedrooms was that the router was not turned on. Parking our rental car was convenient and safe. We really enjoyed our week vacation and did not have to worry...

"As reported by a another traveller there is a very strong smell of heating oil in the apartment. When entering the apartment, the smell is strongest, but after a few minutes we would just get used to it. Initially we thought these were smells from cleaning / detergents, but we realised after a while that this was heating oil smells. We came back yesterday and all our equipment needs to be washed. The apartment is quite well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances such as coffee machine...

"The bathroom is a health hazard. I have never EVER smelled a shower so nasty before. Cold in the suite, most of the plugs are out of the walls, risky electrical. Dishes were not clean, we could clearly see lip prints on the drinkware. Not provided with any dish soap, and the dish sponge was nasty. Communication was non-existent and we received check-in instructions half and hour after we said we would arrive (we tried calling when we got there too and the line was busy). Only positive was clean...

"Could have not been more happy with this property just across the border from Switzerland and an easy train+bus ride from the airport. The apartment was meticulously clean and very comfortable. Needless to say that next time I come to visit the grandkids I would love to stay here again. Julie the property manager was very helpful with every aspect of the process."

Le temps était superbe malgré la saison. Juste déçu par l'endroit ou nous logions. "We really enjoyed our stay in Lamoura. The property is beautifully decorated and well appointed and there was a lot to do in the area, including running, cycling and swimming. The large garage was invaluable on rainy days for entertaining the kids and drying washing. My only gripe was the lack of transparency about linen hire, cleaning charges and the need for a 500 euro deposit, neither of which were mentioned in the listing, meaning I didn't bring a cheque book and had to sort it all out...
