"I planned a family reunion but this house was not ready and did not have the facilities promised for our event. There was a power outage the days before I arrived, but the owner told me he was able to get the cleaner there and everything would be ready. Instead I found the fridge full of rotting food, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and smelled horrible and there was no dishwasher detergent. "We had a wonderful anniversary weekend at Jonny's lovely cottage. The location - right on Seneca Lake - was perfect for a glass of wine on the dock, bird watching, and relaxing with a book. The cottage was super clean, with everything we needed for the weekend. Jonny shared detailed info about the rental, which we really appreciated, and was fast to respond to emails. The hot tub, especially on a chilly night, is great fun. We'll be back! "
