"This place is terrible. When I arrived, it was closed and nobody picked up the telephone. Instead, I stayed at the Best Western, great place! Best Western = excellent experience! "

"The property was okay for the price. The main issue was no one from management would accept our calls or messages for the entire stay. No wifi, issues with water in the restroom, no hot water, and tried calling management over 15 times with no response, and sent 10 emails without a response. I would not recommend staying at this property for longer than one night. "

"You are renting a save clean room with shared toilets, bathroon, kitchen, dining area and a backyard shaded by trees for smokers. It is located very conveniently for exploring Vienna on a limited budget for those with very modest accommodation requirements. You'll have to put up with some very noisy guests at times and not all house facilities are working as they should."

"The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "

"The property was clean but had a funny odor. Most like from being shut up for a while. Everything was clean, modern bathroom & plenty of space. "

"The property is is a great location being walkable to Musuems Quarter and other attractions in the city. The room itself was a very good size and had plenty of storage space. However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. The room itself was shabby. There were also no glasses for drinking in the room. When booking we were told it would include breakfast which...

"The room itself is very nice and would recommend for a cheap get away however there is a problem with some people being very loud and a major problem being the larger amount of ants everywhere under the bed and on the countertop, it may be caused by under the bed not being cleaned as it had dust and food bits left under it"

"We stayed at Lukas apartment over Christmas and we loved it! Check in was easy and Lukas was very accomodating! When I needed something I was able to message, and get a response straight away. The location of the apartment was good, although a little out of the centre there is plenty of shops around. We were able to cook our own food which we also loved. We had a great time exploring the city :) "

"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....

"Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!). At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe."

"We had an excellent stay at the Renaissance Wien Hotel and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Vienna! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the U4 metro line, which provides easy access to all of the city’s major attractions. It’s only a few stops to the heart of Vienna, and one quick stop to the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations.
