"When we checked in there were 3 gals at the reception desk, 2 to check us in and 1 was counting money, why was that being done at the desk? If there was a discrepancy in the cash, shouldn’t the person who’s drawer had an issue and the accountant step into an office and count the money away from guests, not to mention the receptionist was very unpleasant both times we met her. Customer service seems lacking."

"There was an issue that occurred with the police where 7 cars , a canine and 2 investigation vans were in front of our room because both rooms on the side of us were getting raided this started around 7:30pm Friday evening and lasted until around 11:30pm. The noise from the police tearing the rooms apart searching and bumping on both sides of us was unreal. We had prepaid for 3 nights but ended up leaving the next morning but did not receive a refund because the manager wasn’t there but once...

"Nice fishing lodge area served its purpose somewhere to lay your head to sleep and shower although it needs a water booster for the shower pressure was weak at best. Could be normal for the area I’m not sure. Staff was great and welcomed us in with a smile and exchanged towels daily. No restaurants near buy, If the bar was open and served average bar menu, wings, pretzel, burger or even just a club sandwich would probably draw more of a crowd. I would return. "
