"A really old house with a mix of very old and very modern furniture-really quirky. Very spacious property,well kitted out with all amenities. Situated in beautiful countryside with lots of attractions nearby. We were overwhelmed by the effort our hosts made for us and felt like old friends by the time we left. Cannot recommend highly enough. Maryse and Regis are special hosts with the gift of hospitality."

"I cannot put into words how good our time in Escala was. Graham was absolutely incredible as a host, and the house is impeccable. It’s a perfect getaway for friends and family, in the most scenic picturesque location. The house has everything: a pool, jacuzzi, plenty of common areas, a second house!! "Beautiful rural area with spectacular views and nature. The Gite was gorgeous, clean and well equipped with spacious rooms, comfy beds and a lovely swimming pool with an incredible view. Our hosts, Didier and Elizabeth were very welcoming and friendly. We had a wonderful stay with our two teenagers. It is the ideal place to relax and take time out for a well needed break in the middle of nature, with the Pyrenees providing a stunning backdrop.
