Most were regular travellers, but there were a number of folks - presumably locals - who were clearly dealing with some mental health / emotional / substance use issues. I never felt unsafe, but it's worth noting if you're travelling with kids. "

"The hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. The parking lot was full and we had nowhere to park within hotel limits. We had kids with us and it was cold and snowy. We chanced parking in an adjacent lot marked private tow company parking "

"This was actually an added day to a two night stay. We were staying there during an overnight stay at Swedish Medical Center. The hospital is about six miles east of the hotel but easy to travel between the two. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We initially asked for a late departure while we waited for roads to clear after a big snow storm. The hotel quickly cleared the foot of snow from the sidewalks and approved a late departure. That changed to another night as we spent another day...
