"We were very impressed as the manager rang us to ask when we would be arriving and gave us the choice of an upstairs or down stairs room. I said we would be there in 5 minutes and he said we could book in early and that the rooms were ready and we had a look at the rooms and we picked the one we liked best. We had the upstairs room and had a nice view. "

They’re nice and definitely did their duty well, but we got a sense of wanting to get it over with and move on, than a genuine interest to help."
