"The property has been in the owners family since the 1500s. The place was rustic and quaint. Very quiet. It is literally in the middle of the woods. We were there for Ironman race in Lahti, so it was a bit far out for the event. There is limited accommodations in Lahti for an event this size. As a result we just slept there and kept our things there. The price was reasonable for the property. The only issue we had was with Interhome who is the manager of the rental. "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen,modernen Haus sehr genossen. Super schöne Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses,sehr nette und zuverlässige Vermieterin, die uns auch mit Tipps zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen versorgte. Der einzige minus Punkt war, dass es zu wenige Duschtücher gab. Ein Duschtuch pro Person ist einfach zu wenig wenn man den ganzen Tag im See badet und abends in die Sauna geht.Die fehlende Mülltrennung hat uns auch enttäuscht. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten!"

"Lovely location right by the lake. Quiet, peaceful and plenty of space in and around the property. 10L of drinking water provided. Has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, etc. Wood burning sauna. Only gripe would be no WiFi which if advertised for foreign visitors might be a put off. "

"A lovely lake house a short drive from Juva, on the road to Savonlinna. The house was well-equipped, efficient and very comfortable on a large lot separated from other houses. The dock and rowboat were a real plus for swimming and fishing. We enjoyed our stay."
