"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

"Good bargain in an expensive Zurich. The room was adequate and the bed slept well. The air conditioning was not cold as I like but a small fan in the room helped. Overall was adequate for my needs. Restaurants nearby and some shopping. About a 20 minute walk from the Zurich Hb Train Station. "

"The view from the balcony was really great. Unfortunately the place is supposed to be maintained by the guests themselves and as a result it's not really maintained. It's not the best idea when the place is shared by multiple guests. The kitchen was really dirty and the bathroom as well. So our stay was a bit disappointing."

"Owners are a very nice, friendly couple. Remote location from Luzern. No breakfast but were offered free coffee or tea. Ten francs to use grill. Shared bath (not private as advertised). Room size OK for two but "No picnic in room!" We did not see any "free toiletries" and initially were provided only one bath towel to use for two people."

"Where do I start? If I could give this place a zero rating I would. In Oct 2023, we booked this property for a 3 night stay in Mar 2024. We never heard from the owner before we arrived with any check-in details. We reached out to him a number of times but no reply. We contacted VRBO to let them know that we had not heard from the owner and VRBO tried contacting him and also did not hear back.
