"This place was very dirty everywhere. The front entrance, the stairs, the walkways, and the room itself. So many broken things, including the room number (which fell off and was lying on the ground by my door) and the bathtub and sinks. Not the greatest neighborhood, either. There is an office plaza across from where my door was that apparently served as either a gathering of homeless or some other type of individual that feels they should be screaming at each other. "I cannot tell you how AMAZING the staff was to us. From Zac at the lobby bar to the wonderful tall man, who checked on us during a medical emergency and even called our room the next day to ask how our friend was doing etc. Front desk were also so sweet and thoughtful towards us and ensured we were taken care of during a difficult time. To say they are friendly is an understatement , they are exceptionally nice, empathetic , kind human beings we have ever met. Thank you for having us "
