"Wonderful weekend at a wonderful property! We wanted to escape for some peace and quiet, just the 4 of us, and Blue Elk Lodge delivered! Spacious kitchen/common area, very comfortable beds and linens, and everything we could need or ask for! Only there for a few days, but enjoyed walkabouts on the property, met a very nice neighbor and ventured into Clifford and Carbondale. Would definitely return!!!!! Easy communication through VRBO, easy check in and check out. Thank you, Wander Home!!!"

"This was a great home for our family!! Plenty of space to spread out, fun games, and easy lake access! We drank our coffee on the deck each morning, and enjoyed fires in the fire pit each night. Don’t hesitate to stay here, you’ll make great memories."

"House is decored like museum with lot of antique look like pieces and lot of furniture. Bed rooms are spead between 2nd floor and basement, most of the bedroom have individual air conditioner except bedrooms in basement. Kitchen is big enough with lot of utensils to cook your own food. Good enough light in the kitchen. Dining table is only for 8 people though total capacity of the house to stay is 23. Overall place is fine for the money you pay and if you are not looking for modern new look...

"We stayed at Laceyville to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. We had a great time and the house handled all 10 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs without feeling too squishy. Cindy was a wonderful host! She left some local treats for us on the table on arrival and gave us some recommendations for activities in the area. She is very responsive and checked on us via message multiple times throughout our stay. When my grandma thought she forgot her laptop behind Cindy offered to go look for it and...
