"I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks...

My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs. "Stayed for the Bills/Chiefs game. Quick 20 min uber to the stadium. 5 adults, 1 kid, 2 furry people. Plenty of space for everyone, with extra room. Beds are very comfortable. House was stocked with everything we needed (kitchen, towels, etc). Communication with owner was excellent. The neighborhood is more of an up-and-coming area which is accurately described in the listing. All in all - great landing spot for our group."

"We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. One thing we all would have wanted was better mattresses. They all caved into the middle and weren’t easy...

"Perfectly suited our needs. We were a family of 7 adults gathering in town for a wedding. We were very impressed with how clean it was. Central location walkable to the stadium. It smelled freshly painted! We had a bit of an issue with check in but the property manager helped us resolve it fairly quickly. We loved the Bills room. We all had our private spaces but could gather in the Bills room for family time. We would definitely stay here again"
