The beds are very firm and the king bedroom is on the complete opposite side of the space from the bathroom. "There are metal steps up to the apartment.The property description did not include that the only way to the apartment was to use these stairs. I could not get my dog up the stairs without tearing her feet. When I arrived I immediately notified the owner that I could not stay there. When I asked for a full refund, He did not give me one. I have sent several other messages about why I deserve a full refund. He has ignored these messages. I will not use this host again."
