"The house was great for our family weekend ski trip at Spirit Mountain. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to have breakfast and dinner there. Plenty of space for the six of us. The games in the basement were a nice bonus. The hot tub on the deck got used both nights and was excellent. Great communication by the owner. "This was the perfect location for a large group to relax and welcome in 2025. We enjoyed hiking to the shore, games, and enough space for all of us to gather around the fire. "We had a wonderful stay at this quaint property close to Duluth and other activities. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was decorated nicely for the holidays and had everything we needed. The garage included a bonus fun area for hanging out. Loved being close to the harbor and sailboats, yet feeling like no one was around. We loved it and would definitely stay again!"

"Shower didn't drain well. Shower handle was hard to figure out to get desired temperature. We enjoyed use of the kayaks and the dock. We loved having a sandy beach and fire pit. TV was very nice for watching the Olympics. Overall, the house and outdoor area met our needs very well. "

"We absolutely love this property! While the furnishings have been updated a bit since our first stay a few years ago, the floorplan and decor is still very retro. "The property is very nice, lake is very quiet. Very relaxing week. We ventured to Amnicon Falls State Park and Pattison State Park for hiking. Did a 12 mile kayak trip on Brule river and went to Duluth for a day. All are eady drives from the house."

"We enjoyed our stay at Resinosa. It was very peaceful and quiet. The TV worked well and there is plenty of room & furniture inside. We used the charcoaler a couple times and appreciated the supplies were provided. The property was close to waterfalls & attractions we planned to see. The leaves were turning AND we were able to watch a spectacular show of the Northern Lights creating lifetime memories! We'd love to come back someday!"
