"We were met and escorted to accommodation very quickly upon contact. Accommodation was clean and sufficient for our needs. Requests for assistance were fulfilled quickly. Location close to Old Town meant we could walk everywhere. Kitchen facilities allowed us to relax and eat in if desired. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend Galaxy to others."

"Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. "

"The apartment is located on the last floor of a building, thus being a duplex (two floors inside with stairs) apartment. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. There is no central air conditioning in the building, in each room you have standalone air conditioners, which make a terrible noise.
