"The room was spacious as is the bathroom, very clean, mattress extremely comfortable, I would recommend putting on the "top bed sheet" and then the white bedspread which was pretty but a bit rough against skin. All areas were new, well kept and very nice. Negatiives: Parking is very stressful, there's a driveway with a 2 car garage and 7 parking spaces....you have to know who is leaving when, which is impossible if you don't know the other guests, you're always afraid of blocking or being...

"Communication with the owners was great. The condo was super cute and had everything we needed. It was clean and ready to go when stated check-in was. The code given to check in was seamless and very easy to come and go. I would definitely recommend this. The neighborhood is Relatively quiet neighborhood and perfect location in Winterhaven."

"I was driving my daughter down from NY into Lakeland and needed a place close to the main area of Lakeland. I couldn’t have picked a better place! The location is excellent, but most importantly was the place where we stayed. It’s cozy, but gives you everything and more, that’ll you’ll need. I especially loved the small details that have been added to make your stay special. I look forward to coming back to Lakeland and definitely staying here again. "

"Amazing property. Comfortable beds, plenty of linen, beautiful pool, & great amenities. I loved the pool side bar area. We ate great food & relaxed in the pool. It has a waterfall & slide, which the kids loved. We did not have time to enjoy all of the amenities but they have a movie theater on site, there is an option for a private rental or you can watchvwhat is playing. They post the movie & viewing times. Basketball, playground & more. My host was very nice & responded quickly to all...
