Communication was great, everything felt very easy. House is very clean and well appointed. Everything you need for a rental stay. All four bedrooms were comfortable with nice linens. Close to down town Lake Geneva where we spent a lot of time exploring all the shops and a few restaurants. The igloo on the deck was such a nice perk. We started the heated and sat out there for coffee in the morning.

The property was great, host was responsive, check in was easy. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics. Kids especially loved the igloo in the backyard. The location is close to downtown Lake Geneva and the lake itself. Definitely recommend and hopefully will be back!

Fun Winter Weekend
The house was perfect and so comfortable! It had everything we could need for our weekend away. Location was close to everything letting us enjoy a day skiing and a day walking around exploring the city. Highly recommended!

Place couldn't be any cuter!...and very clean! Nicole was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Beds were so comfortable and outside heated dome was a highlight for us at night. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our group!
The home worked very well for our group ranging from ages 39-74. The location was perfect as we spent most of our time in downtown Lake Geneva. We enjoyed spending time out and about during the day and watching movies in the evening. It was a great space for a relaxing ladies weekend!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed your house. The house wasn't far from downtown... On a warmer day easily walkable. We loved the coffee bar and appreciated it being fully stocked. The decor was very cute and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Great location
Location is ideal — less than a mile walk from downtown Lake Geneva. We loved the 4 bedrooms, all with comfortable linens. Kitchen was well equipped and the owner was helpful and responsive. The place is newly renovated but we did notice that the floors were soft and noise carried easily into the bedrooms (lots of house settling sounds in the basement rooms). But overall, a great spot and just a short drive to Grand Geneva spa

The Lyons Den is a perfect retreat with a great location. The home is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the decor is elegant with a cozy feel. We loved the little extras, upon our arrival there were water bottles in the fridge and a snores kit, coffee pods and creamers. Nicole was quick to respond to my questions and was flexible with checkin and checkout times. We highly recommend the Lyons Den!

This house is probably one of the most well appointed rental homes I have ever stayed at. We wanted for nothing and were super comfortable. Everything is super clean and the house is so close to shopping and restaurants. We were also able to easily find an Uber. This stay was an A+ experience. We will be back!
