"The pillows for the king size bed were very small. There was also roadwork being done, but some warning comes to alert drivers to the road hazard would have helped"

"It was very easy booking the reservation. The location was very convenient to the venue I was attending. The staff were super sweet. The only negative I could say is that in my particular room there were some tiles that were wobbly at the sink and would move when I walked across them and they made quite a bit of noise. But otherwise this was a fabulous place to stay in Rosemont."

"Stayed for a family funeral. I booked room when in europe for family; staff made sure all could check in without a hassle when I was not present. Thank you for helping our family during a difficult time."

"Property was clean and beds were very comfortable. We were very pleased that our room was ready early. Checking in and out was easy. We received fantastic service in the restaurant!!!! The only thing that threw a hiccup in our stay was that the hotel is now cashless and I couldn't make change for tipping the coffee shop staff and shuttle driver."
