"Checking in was great, once i got to the room immediately knew it was going to be a hot nights sleep. Ac doesnt work very good.. definitely need new pillows. The bathroom door didnt shut at all. When i locked the door the latch screw was lose. But over all nice place nice people.. just needs some updating . Oh and breakfast was good"

"This hotel provided me with one of the best hotel stay experience I've ever had. My family & myself stayed here during the recent snow storm, and I can't express enough how wonderful the staff (also many of the other hotel guests) were treating everyone. From the front desk, the manager, to housekeeping staff (even the volunteer crew that were there to assist during the snow storm), every staff member was kind, patient, professional, and warm welcoming. The rooms were clean and well sanitized. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will absolutely book a place here the next time I'm Lake Charles Louisiana."
