"Expedia promises things about this property that aren’t true, so I was disappointed with my stay. Expedia states it has a spa with free breakfast and a sauna. My purpose for my stay was to hike the Dolomites and I was looking forward to the spa and sauna after a long day of hiking. When I asked the owner how to get to the sauna she said that it’s an additional charge (more than I was willing to spend) and would take 1.5 hours to get ready. "We stayed here for 3 nights during an incredible trip to the Dolomites. This was one of our favorite places to stay. Manuel and Alexandra were amazing hosts. Check-in process and commuication was excellent, easy to get to the hotel. The rooms were very clean, and so comfortable. The most special is the daily breakfast, with local products. Would highly recommend this location as well, close to the start of many of the hikes. We loved it here, would definitely stay here again! "

"The two biggest surprises were Viktor, their 3 day a week hiking guide, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were in planning our hikes and how to get there. Also, the complimentary bus pass to the awesome local bus service that can get you to and from hikes. Otherwise, it’s just a lovely hotel. "

"The place is fabulous. Great location to explore Dolomites. The owners were fantastic, great food, very helpful about places to see. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Breakfast was always great. "

"Great hotel that is easy walking distance to town. Very modern and clean, excellent customer service. Recently remodel with superb attention to details and high quality material. Only reason I give this a four instead of a five is that there is no air conditioning or fan, leaving the window open helped cool the apartment in July but also no screens so flies came in from near by cow feeding lot. "Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour dans cet Hôtel, le personnel est discret et très serviable, les chambres sont bien équipées et d'une belle surface , ce qui en fait un lien idéal pour y séjourner une semaine. "Stayed at X Alp Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, convenient, and packed with amenities. The jacuzzi was a highlight, especially on chilly days, with amazing views to enjoy while soaking. Breakfast was delicious with attentive staff. The hotel is just a short walk from a beautiful stream, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The lounge with a small fireplace was a cozy spot to have a drink at night or even work during the day. Only downside was the in-house restaurant for dinner, which was just OK, but overall, a great stay!"

"We only stayed one night but it was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop. They give you a bus ticket that it is good for 7 days. We had rented a car but still used it. There is a garage to park your car if needed. The rooms are nice and modern but very plain. I wish there was a small fridge. There is no AC which I heard that none of the hotels have. It got a little hot during the night and leaving the patio door open wasnt an option due to the traffic noise. The breakfast was superb!! Amazing variety and delicious! I would stay there again. "
