"The only issue I have for safety is the bathroom. The drainage is above to where the water pooled, and water spilled outside the shower. It will be expensive to repair the flooring of the shower room so the drainage is lower, but litigations will be more problematic in case guests slips because of wet floor. Other than that, I love the rest. Will be back definitely this coming September"

"I love staying at this hotel everytime I need a place to stay in Manila. Staff are friendly, they even allowed me to do a late check out until 2pm. The best thing is location- its directly connected to the mall. No need to go out if you need to eat, meet up with friends or buy anything for your personal needs."

"1/16/25 - I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express multiple times over the years, mainly for over night stay before next day flight out of NAIA. Very good location to be close to Terminal 1. Grab Taco rides are about 240 peso from hotel to NAIA 1. Plenty of restaurant choices at Resorts World.- Newport across the street. 7-11 and McDonald’s also right outside the hotel. "
