"My stay was ok, there was some construction going on on the beach during the night while we were there which was quite noisy and disruptive. It seems more like a locals beach. The beach bar restaurant next door was delicious, but the one on the property I did not like the food or service very much. Also there was a hidden fee, we had to pay $24 fee for using the air conditioner upon checkout after our 3 night stay, I don't believe this was information we were given before booking this property...

"This place is an absolute gem!! The owners live right on the property and were very welcoming, even to my parents who were staying at the neighboring property. Our fridge wasn't working the first day and they addressed it right away and brought us a new fridge. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the views spectacular. I hope to go back one day!!"

"We had a wonderful time at Sol Patch. The bedroom, bathroom and outdoor kitchen were exceptionally clean and well decorated. The shared outside space was nice. And the patio, deck was so relaxing. We really enjoyed their sweet dogs that were waiting to greet us every morning. We really enjoyed our stay. The only things that I wasn't super happy with was, it didn't feel very private. I was thinking the house was separate from their home, but it really wasn't. We could hear every time they moved...

"When I found this listing I thought there has to be something wrong with it, it just looked too good to be true. It was just as described! That view!!! The view from the back porch and balcony is mesmerizing! The only thing I could possibly say could be better would be upgrade the master mattress. Scott was awesome with helpful information and the caretaker Ivy was very sweet!"

"The property was immaculate and exactly what my wife and I wanted. The bedroom and kitchen had an A/C that worked wonderfully. It had everything we needed. The porch was great for breakfast and a cat adopted us and would keep us company when we were out on the patio. The pool was steps from the apartment and the beach was a 5 minute stroll. "We had a great stay! Everything we needed and the AC in bedrooms was perfect. Great snorkeling right off the back swim platform along the wall. We also loved the area of this home and with a car we were able to see the entire island and explore on our own. We will def be back!"
