"I arrived after a long day of travel to find a slew of shoes on my patio! I had already tried contacting host multiple times to get directions. I have yet to get response. I luckily found alternative accommodations and promplty let vrbo know that they had double booked!! I have called vrbo 3 times and had chats and i still have yet to get a refund.i was told by vrbo i would have to get it from host! (Ghost) I left multiple messages with host with no reply. "We would not recommend this to others. We started out with a bed cover missing for one of the duvets when we arrived, batteries for the remote control to work and other things. There was one roll of toilet paper and when we wrote we needed more, the comment was inappropriate. The area was among bars and discos and very deserted.
