"Our first visit to Hilton Head - was amazing Location and cycling trails perfect - beach was awesome- seating at rental was less than ideal - but overall a very good holiday - rental location needs some time ups for sure but should be easily addressed if owners bothers"

"We forgot to inquire beforehand if there was an elevator. Our mistake, and we wished there was one. Poor water pressure, shower unable to maintain a warm temperature, and was difficult to even turn on. Ceiling in laundry room is partially caved in, a real sense of adventure while loading laundry. Unable to get dishwasher to operate properly. Noisy neighbors upstairs did not respond to requests to turn down the noise. Do not expect to ever return to Hilton Head"

"Our stay was perfect! The place was super clean and well supplied. We were supplied with Dove products in the bathroom and there were more than enough towels. Dell was very conscientious and great to deal with. Thanks for a terrific time."

"This property is in such a great location, 2 minute walk on path to the beach, so many restaurants/shopping around in just a short ride/walk, condo is in great condition! Couldn't have picked a better spot for a winter weekend getaway! "

"This is my second trip to this location and I want to book it for next year! The condo is clean and has all the necessities. The owners are always easy to reach. The beach, pool, restaurant, tennis court, and bike rentals are all on the property. Perfect for a small family or couples vacation."

"Amazing views, beach accessible within seconds, handy bikes and quality details such as thick towels, new dishes and utensils, comfortable mattress and sheets, all the pots & pans needed, charging ports/wires in every room made our stay memorable and worry free. Golf courses nearby, Coligny market and good restaurants within walking distance. On floor washers & dryers completed the package. Highly recommend this location and truly appreciated the thoughtful details and responsive owners."
