"We loved the condo. Had a beach view from the balcony. Short walk out to the beach from the yard. Pool and hot tubs were nice. The place was a good size for one adult and two kids. Kids loved the bunk beds in the hall. Plenty of sitting places and table surfaces for the small space. Good location close to eating and shopping. "

"This property faces the ocean! And so does the balcony! It is steps to the pool and a few more to the beach! It's a great location. The condo was recently refreshed, and was well done; it looks so nice. The bedding was high quality, and they used Kohler plumbing products. The whole area is well maintained and clean. A large number of restaurants and shops are just minutes away. A great place to vacation!"

"A friend and I went to the area for golf and beach in November and it was fabulous! So much to do and see. The condo is cute and totally functional. Beds were so comfy. Living room area was spacious and the TV was easy to operate. The HVAC system worked perfectly. And check out was a breeze (not too many chores to do). Linens and Towels were plenty. "We came from WNC after Helene and really needed a reprieve from the situation. The property manager was available and very responsive. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi/cable. I messaged him and he got on the fix and kept me updated. The next day my daughter locked the bedroom door and shut it behind her! Yikes. I let him know and within an hour someone came to take care of it. We know the area well so knew it was great. These little villas are right on the beach and accessible to all the area...

"This was a true “ Park and Walk” location. The property is truly Beachfront and was across the street from the popular “Coligny” Shopping area. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We usually visit HHI in the crowded summer months. The off season has advantages as well. No lines at restaurants and the temperature is warm enough for sitting on the beach without sweltering heat and big crowds. "

"We've stayed several times before. This is the first time we've been in the "A" building so we weren't used to the "older" side however our family enjoyed it. For some, it was their first time so they did not know what to expect. Overall, Coral Sands is a great place to stay if you're ever in Hilton Head."

"Stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday with my extended family of 15. Communication with the host was easy, the house was in excellent condition and the location right on the beautiful beach was a huge bonus. The house is huge but a funky layout. Only 6 of the bedrooms have bathrooms, because the master suite has 2 full Bathrooms. Would definitely suggest this house. Loved our stay. "
