"The apartment was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood seems to be on the upswing with numerous small trendy restaurants. It is very close to the upper King Street bar scene, but a distance from the City market and historic district. We made good use of the free downtown bus system."

"This cute 2 bed/2 bath unit was perfect and exactly as described. Our girl's trip hit the jackpot with this place. The location was superb and walkable to everything downtown. Two small maintenance issues were communicated and worked through immediately upon us notifying them. We plan on returning next year! Book it! You won't regret it. The only thing to know is there are three flights of stairs. If you have an injury or an elder, that could be a deterant. It didn't bother us one bit, though!"

"Beautiful place and very convenient to everything. The kitchen was stocked well, we didn't need anything to cook, even as a family of 6. Even with the noise makers it was very loud. Otherwise we had a great time. The property owners were easy to work with. Unfortunately there was no laundry, which was hard for us. Luckily we weren't staying longer. Overall it was a great place. "The property was beautiful and we had a great weather-perfect weekend. Parking is challenging, as the driveway allows for 3 vehicles, but you may get blocked in with cars from the apartment below. Parking on the street is an option; however, there may not be spots available. The bedrooms are super comfortable, but the left bedroom has no door on the bathroom, which could be uncomfortable if you are using the condo with someone other than your significant other!
