"Maison et jardin très agréable; très propre à notre arrivée, et correspondant à l'annonce. Cependant, grosse surprise à notre accueil de nous demander 130 euros pour la prestation ménage de fin de séjour, qui n'était pas prévue à la réservation, et qu'il a fallu régler immédiatement. Selon les conseils d'Abritel, cette clause aurait dû être prévue dès la location et nous n'aurions pas dû la payer, le séjour étant réglé dans l'intégralité. Grosse contrariété pour commencer les vacances, dommage....

"The house was perfect for us. Well-equipped spacious and very quiet. The heated pool was great. The location was approximately 2 miles from medieval Sarlat, and 1 mile from an Intermarche supermarket. The host, Johanna was responsive and readily available. I highly recommend this house!"

"La p'tite bergerie is a beautiful gite, and has everything you need to make your stay homely and comfortable. It is set in an absolutely lovely area, very peaceful and relaxing, but is ideally located to many other towns, villages and sights this part of the Dordogne has to offer. Beatrice and Remy are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much for them, we really felt a friendship has been formed, so much so that we will be returning in December to enjoy their gite at Christmas time...can't wait!...

"Nous avons été déçu de notre gîte. Les alentours sont mal entretenus, l’impression d’abandon. Dans la chambre n°3, le matelas est plus large que le sommier. La cuisine: manque de vaisselle, d’ustensiles de cuisine, de bols pour déjeuner. Des plats rouillés. Pas de vraie cafetière… il faut des dosettes senseo. Manque aspirateur, seau et serpillère pour faire le ménage. Sur la terrasse, les lattes en bois se soulèvent, le salon de jardin est vieillissant, odeur de fosse septique."

"We enjoyed our stay for 5 days at this 2 bedroom cottage situated on a working farm. The kitchen has all the amenities needed and the lounge area offers the opportunity for a real log fire. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double and the other with 3 singles. There is a nice outside area that enjoys the sun ( the only thing that let’s it down is the lack of garden loungers or umbrella). "Very comfortable, well appointed holiday home in a rural setting only a few minutes drive from Rouffignac village with all the essentials. Plenty to do and see in the area. The house is superb, the owners are very friendly and welcoming, the only downside was the weather so we didn't use the pool as much as we would have liked. The best house we have stayed at in France, we will definitely return. "
