"The house was nice, good location, easy check in/out. My only complaint is that the water from the pipes had a bit of a smell to it (the faucets and the shower). Other than that everything was as advertised. Great for our Mardi Gras trip. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the porch house. That porch.... is LIFE. I can't say how comfy the couch is because we never sat on it... you could not pull us away from that porch! Everything was lovely and we can't wait to go back and visit the horses. "

"Beautiful home with southern comfort. Enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. However, miniblinds in most of the rooms were broken or missing panels. Also, a gaping hole in wall. Out of concern of what may crawl in, we plugged the hole with a plastic soda bottle during our stay.purchased more towels and toilet paper to last us during stay. Overall, a beautiful home in need of attention. most of four couples to move about comfortably."

"The hosts were very responsive and answered all of our questions during our stay. It’s walkable distance to the Abita Brew Pub, Abita Cafe (great breakfast!), a snowball stand/coffee hut, the Abita Springs museum and more. Darling house with wrap around porch and nice backyard. "This was a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. I only wish they had made it clear they weren't going to send the check-in information until the last minute, because the ad suggests they might confirm that two days prior to the stay. So don't get worried when you haven't heard from them and you're almost there."

"The place was fantastic. We found everything we needed. Plenty of parking, I drug my boat, so normally finding a place for my trailer is a hassle, but not at R&as. I put my boat in the water and left it in the water the whole time. Loved it, can’t wait to go back."

"We had a great stay. The bed was super! Their on site restaurant had excellent food and great service. Our only disappointment was that we showed up after check-in time and they were still cleaning our villa and we were left with about an eighth of a roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more of the following day."

"This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something...
