"The cottage was clean but the yard and gardens a bit unkept and a piece of garbage in the yard. Communication was friendly and timely. Checkin was a breeze. The stairs to the cottage were lit. "The cottage is clean, beautifully located and ad all the amenities you need to properly relax. My only recommendation is to not put as much cleaning responsibility on your guests especially if you charge 130 in cleaning fees.Other than that I highly recommend staying at Niksen!"
