Our family of 4 booked this hotel for 2 nights. We were in the area to ski. The Hotel is conveniently located, 3 minutes from the hills, just a few steps away from a grocery store, fast food, restaurants, etc. Overall the facility would benefit from a refresh as it’s showing signs of aging and wear. The quality of some materials and worksmanship of the repairs is questionable. At the very least, a deep clean is must. Our room had a connecting door with the adjacent room and we could hear just about every conversations through it. (Regular hallow residential door). Other than that, not a bad place. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

If sleep doesn’t matter to you, then this place is fine. The walls are thin and there is no carpeting in the room or on the balcony so you could hear rolling suitcases right to the other end of the building while you’re trying to sleep at 6:00. You can also hear footsteps, drawers opening and closing in the next room, and even conversations. Also, the heating system would turn in and off every two minutes, which also disrupted our sleep. The staff was great and its proximity to everything was also good but sleep matters to me and to many others, so I would not recommend it.

Hotel & Suites Les Laurentides in Saint Sauveur reminded me of the ski resorts I visited during my childhood. The decor was basic, but my room was comfortable. I stayed on the third floor, which offered a beautiful view of the mountains. There were no elevators or porters available. While the hotel didn't have any on-site restaurants, there were plenty to choose from in the area. Fortunately, I packed lightly, but I’m sure the owner would have assisted me if I had asked for help with my luggage. He was also helpful in providing information on how to return to the big city. I would recommend this hotel.
