"We paid extra for a balcony and pool view, however, there were no chairs on the balcony and there were signs blocking our view from the balcony. Very disappointed. The bathroom was quite small and the lighting in the room was poor. The parking also was an issue. Not enough spots to accommodate all the guests. Very frustrating. "

Geoffrey at the front desk was kind, welcoming, and helpful. His dinner & breakfast suggestions were perfect. Oh Taco served wonderful street tacos and their margaritas did not disappoint. Mr. Smith’s Coffee House was a delightful place to get breakfast. Thanks for the recs Geoffrey!! The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A truly wonderful experience!"

"We visit PIB and Bay Shore 1-2 times a year. We love it here. We always go Monday thru Thursday when things are a little quieter. If you're young and want to party, come on the weekends!! "
