"Les Valades is perfect for a holiday in this beautiful area of France. It is clean, quiet and has everything you need. The owners helped with bike hire before we arrived and easy to contact throughout if we needed them. The house is in a quiet area, overlooking fields where you spot deer, wild boar and birds of prey but is only a short drive to Issigeac (which is just wonderful) or Bergerac. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Les Valades."

There was no cover for the bedding or no towels, etc. Space was not great especially by the inside the bed where it was very narrow where I had to shuffle sideways to get in and out of the bed. The cooker combination only partly worked. The oven would not worked. The clothes line was falling apart and the barbecue equipment was one barbecue fork, later joined by tongs. "

The house was so clean, the two bathrooms were a godsend so no hanging about waiting for them to become vacant. Lovely sitting area outside even though it was a bit chilly in the evenings. "We had a fantastic stay in this lovely, rustic property. Great for families with the pool and spacious grounds. Praysaac is also a very pretty, vibrant little town. There is also so much to do in the surrounding area. Cahors is only a 30 minute drive and there are plenty of villages, towns and chateau nearby. Everything you could wish for. We were sad to leave."
