My only complaint and I did not say anything not wanting to get anyone in trouble but we ordered room service and at the end of our onion soup there was a hair in the bowl . No need to tell you that I vomitted the soup . I just would suggest that employees working in the kitchen wear a hair net "

"Friendly & helpful staff. Upgraded our room for a better view of river, helped us to find free parking as their lot was full …. And not plowed (too much snow). Room key on phone app is innovative but not supper convenient. Pretty hotel with beautiful artwork. Clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. "
