"My husband and I stayed here for four nights and found the hotel to be comfortable and quiet and close to shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful whether they were front desk or maintenance or cleaning staff. The pool and hot tub were spotless and extra fresh towels were provided. We appreciated having access to washers and dryers also..they were a reasonable fee. Breakfast was great, the dining area was kept clean and everything was restocked constantly . I also loved having the heated covered parking especially since it was winter when we stayed and appreciated how secure it was. I really have no complaints! This hotel will be my first choice every time I stay in Kamloops. "
