"Nate’s property was exactly as described. The large pull-through driveway was great, as we had 2 full size vehicles both towing trailers. Easy access onto trail 3 for dog walks and side by side exploration! Our Husky brought a friend up for lunch and an afternoon trail ride followed by some pool before heading back to campus. Mohawk is a great starting point for waterfall exploration, and the Superette has anything the rental property might not have. The assortment of kitchen utensils, pots, pans and storage containers was second to none! Bathrooms had extra toiletries. Water pressure and temperature were wonderful! With 3+ more years of my son at MTU, we will definitely book this property again!"

The location is stunning — it doesn't get any better than a fire on the shores of Lake Superior. Jason and Misty were kind and communicative and I really appreciated the thorough list of recommendations they gave us. We hope to stay here again!! 11/10 experience. "

"The view out the back window and off the balcony are amazing! The house had everything we needed to cook meals and hang out. The sauna was a nice treat especially on the cooler fall mornings. It is about 15-20 minute drive from the nearest convenience stores and gas stations but that was never an issue for us as the owners told us this ahead of time and told us where to stop on the way in to avoid needing to head back."

"Great location, eclectic rustic style. Tall ceilings, natural light. Kitchen well stocked with large island counter top and stools for gathering. Foozball and shuffleboard. Gas fireplace cozy couch and recliner. My only suggestion would be more comfortable beds - one full size bed very cozy, twin beds in other rooms less so. But overall, a wonderful place to stay - I’m definitely coming back! "

"House was everything we were looking for in a vacation getaway. House was exactly as it appeared in pictures and in the description. House was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Location right on Lake Superior was awesome and the large windows overlooking the lake allowed you to enjoy the lake from inside the house. Area was very quiet and peaceful. Our host communicated very well and the entire stay was perfect."
