"Facilities were beautiful and well maintained. It was not overcrowded at all, which was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative comment is that many night the only choice for dinner was a buffet, which was an expensive option with kids, even at half price. A la carte menus were only available a few evenings of the week, and choices were limited. We found the best way to get around this with a family of 5 was to order room service. "The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "

"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"if you like peace and quite this is the spot. the views are amazing. going to sleep listening to the waves crash...priceless. the property is not perfect but who cares. its small stuff... the floors and the deck need to be updated. and the exterior could use a pressure wash. but the house was great. We loved our stay and did not want to leave. "

"Loved the location. Minutes from the airport. Stayed on the Harmony side and was relaxing. The other side for the families was very active. So something for everyone. Especially liked the Paradise Beach. I wasnt really into the buffet but did have some good meals at the restaurants. Most people I talked to did enjoy the food. The staff was always friendly. My only negative is that I should have stayed longer. "

"The resort was very clean. The staff were fantastic. We ate breakfast and dinner at the resort; lunch at Spinnakers on the beach. The food was good. We had read many reviews before booking and understood very clearly what we were to expect. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. We chose to rent a little shaded hut from Donovan (south [left] of the Soco House Beach) instead of using the free chairs/umbrellas. We love the fact we can walk into town and Scuba Steve's Dive Shop. Please tip your bar man, housekeeping and servers!"
