"This spacious property was a converted old French farmhouse with fantastic views across the countryside. Very rural -but not easy to find even with Sat-nav. Pool was a great asset as were the trees and flowers around the property. Unfortunately we were not blessed with good weather apart from the first couple of days. "We absolutely loved our stay in Anne’s gorgeous stone house! It’s so calm, peaceful and really perfect for a relaxing holiday! "This was a stunning property, with glorious views and ideally located for day explorations of nearby hill top villages. We had lovely days visiting sights in the morning then lounging on the terrace and by the pool. Our son adored playing the pool (which in July was nice and shaded by 4pm, an ideal time for playing before dinner/BBQ). "

Mais ce n'est pas pour cela que l'on vient à la Baudette, c'est pour son calme, sa tranquilité et sa piscine pour se raffraichir ! "Slept so well in this quiet retreat in older part of town. On warmer days feel like sitting outside with the large sliding door open. Apartment appointed with anything you might need. Nearby pharmacy, bank, Casino and cafe and brasserie and restaurants within 1 km walk. Good takeaway kebab just steps out the door. Lovely market and easy town to use as base for visiting Lot and Cele area with many medieval towns, Peche Merle, etc. Would stay afain anytime back in this area."

They were PERFECT hosts who welcomed us, gave us lots of information, considerately stocked the kitchen with a welcome pack of groceries and invited us for drinks in their beautiful house and garden. "Very disappointed . This was booked for my 60th birthday which to be fair was ruined. This property is NOT as described in the listing . It was listed as having WiFi in the cottage- it did not. It was after complaining that the owner provided us with a ‘ booster’ that enabled us to have the WiFi . The hot tub was listed as being included.
