As I have mobility problems this did not suit so we were offered the only other available room which was a cheaper room with no balcony. "It’s close to the centre. In the room we have everything we need. They offer drinking water and free pastries ( leftover from breakfast). The staff is friendly. Everything is sparkling clean. I don’t understand the low rate at all. "

"We ended up at this hotel last minute after an issue with another booking we had made in Colmar. I am very glad we ended up at this hotel. The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend. "We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. As with most hotels I found a lack of hooks for hanging things up annoying, particularly in the bathroom. For...
