"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. "

The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend. "Great location, great A/C for France, comfortable beds. The casino on site was a nice addition to have an extra entertainment option at night, but it did not feel like a casino resort. The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements. It felt boarderline fascist at times and removed much of the fun and relaxation. "

"We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "
