7 minute walk to the beach - This new home has spectacular 360 degree views of the Sea of Cortez, Cacachiles Mountains and cacti forests from every room! It is one of four homes in the newly constructed Villas Cardones 4-home community. These four homes share access to an on-site pool and hot tub. (Please note the amenities are under construction and will be functional by January 2025 so no pictures currently exist).

Ground Floor: The first floor has 2 bedrooms, both with terraces and fabulous views of Cerralvo Island. The first bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a large shower and built-in closet. The second bedroom is extra-large with 2 queen beds, a private bathroom with a large shower and built-in closet and a kitchenette with a sink & mini-fridge. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also on the first floor. The ground floor also has an outdoor hot/cold shower.

Second Floor: The second floor has a large bedroom with a built-in desk, a king bed, private balcony, private bathroom with double sinks and large shower and a built-in closet. The second floor has an open floor plan living space. The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare any meal, any time with a gas range and full-size refrigerator. The living room has a comfy sofa with ottoman and 2 leather chairs and a large family-size dining table.

This home has dedicated fiber optic internet service with excellent speeds.
