Kid-friendly 2BR Penthouse Condo in the Club Cerralvo community offers expansive views of La Ventana Bay. *Private* rooftop terrace features a lounge area with fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and pool table. Condo unit has modern amenities such as full kitchen, smart TVs, washer/dryer, A/C, dishwasher, and 80mb wifi (w/ backup). Store gear in the private ground floor closet. Community amenities include swimming and kiddie pools (not heated), hot tub, and playground.

THIS IS RURAL MEXICO SO PLEASE DON'T EXPECT CABO OR MIAMI. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. WE WORK HARD TO EARN EVERY 5 STAR REVIEW BUT SOME THINGS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL INCLUDING INTERNET SPEED. DO NOT BOOK IF THIS IS A CONCERN.

Private rooftop: lounge area that's sheltered from the wind, fire pit, pool table, refrigerator, wet bar, BBQ, hammock chair, shaded palapa, full bathroom with hot shower for rinsing sand, separate entrance from condo unit, incredible views of sunrises and sunset

Master bedroom: king bed, full bathroom with two sinks (no door between bedroom), smart TV, unobstructed views of sunrise, lots of storage, blackout curtains, air conditioner

Second bedroom: full and twin bunk beds, full bathroom, unobstructed views of swimming pool, lots of storage, blackout curtains, air conditioner

Kitchen: fully equipped with microwave, oven, four-burner electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, blender, coffeemaker, and air conditioner.

Living room and connected private balcony: dining table, seating for 5, floor to ceiling windows, and view of pool area and sunsets.

Community amenities: swimming pool with child-friendly shallow area (not heated), playground, shaded BBQ space, numerous fire pits, 24/7 security, spa center, gym, secured parking lot and hotel style reception area.
