"this is not your average place to stay. Off the beaten track at the top of a very old village. Once booked in time to take a deep breath and enjoy the scenery and the house dog and cat. This is a rustic house so don't expect perfection and enjoy the experience. The host cooked a delicious 3 course dinner for us with wine costing 20 euros each and there was a fully stocked bar charged at very reasonable rates. "Great location and views. Be wary of Google Maps because it can take you on maintenance roads on a ski resort! Make sure to go all the way into Canillo before turning onto the smaller road. "

"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."
