"We were just there for one day. The rooms are big and spacious, beds are nice and comfy with a full kitchen - great for longer stays - close to the highway. The only reason 3 star on property condition was because our ac was leaking in the night but no other issues and it did not disrupt our sleep. The restaurant was very highly rated and packed."

"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

The reception, bar and gardens were well presented , however, the apartment itself could not be described as 5 star as it was in need of refurbishment. "The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea.
