"A group of eight of us stayed here for four nights. The place itself is beautiful, set off the road in a stunningly peaceful area, with local goats that pass through adding to the charm. It's so peaceful, and the pool area is perfect with glorious views. Before arriving I had numerous emails with Homerti who manage the property, checking about this and that. I was advised that there would be washing up liquid, soaps, bath towels but not beach towels, questions like this. However, there was no washing up liquid, hardly any toilet roll, very little in the way of cleaning equipment, no dustpan and brush. The wifi never worked, even though someone came to ask about it (5G coverage is good however, so not a major issue fortunately). The hob only had one working burner, the other three would not stay alight. The bed mattresses are ok, but the pillows are very poor quality. No one slept very well. It's a wonderful place and I would go back, and it's a shame to have to point these things out, as they could so easily be sorted. The management and/or owners should make sure the basics are covered. It should also be pointed out that the Google maps route from the airport advises coming off the main road a few kilometres early. Do not do this, you'll end up on a very poor track, when a much closer entrance to the track is possible. The closer entrance is in the property pics, but not made clear enough. It's still a great place, we had a super time all in all."

Absolutely magnificent location. cute little town only 2 min walk away with loads of dining options. you will have absolutely no need to leave the area because everything is within walking distance. thats a good thing because there is absolutely no parking. but i didn't care i would definitely stay there again, i loved it!"

"We had a very relaxing stay at Gisela's little guest house. The accommodation is larger than you would believe from the photographs and the little plunge pool is just perfect for sitting in with a glass or two. Gisela was very welcoming despite our lateness due to a delayed flight, kindly changed our towels during our stay when we requested.The drive up to the house is a real challenge the first few times but it certainly shouldnt discourage you if you are a confident driver from staying here. You are definitely in the country side so do expect, mosquitoes (Gisela provides ample pug in devices) wall lizards and plenty of ants. The beach at Saint Elm (15 minutes by car) is beautiful with sand under the shallow water for a long way out, perfect for snorkelling, swimming or simply cooling off. The port at Andrax is great for a evening meal or breakfast. The accommodation has a good sized fridge and freezer if you prefer to self cater but the oven is a small table top one with only one tray for cooking on. Overall a very lovely little place to relax and unwind in. Thank you Gisela for a wonderful stay, we hope to return next year."

"We had 4 adults and three children, and we all loved staying here. Plenty of space to spread out, the kids loved the pool, and very close to town, the beach, and hiking. The home has little extras that were great for our 1 year old, too. The property is beautiful and the management team was excellent and very responsive. That said, we all found the beds to be very firm. The house was also without some basics (hand soap was only in the kitchen and main bath, for example). We were also told that the walking path to the beach was “closed”. The house would have been much more enjoyable if we could have walked to town without going along the road. Even with that, it’s a very easy drive with free parking."
