"Just set expectations to above average for the accommodation. This does not bother us because we only use the room to sleep. It is slightly run down. The location more than made up for it and we had the best holiday. Pool was nice and AI drinks decent. Food was repetetive between both restaurants."

"Great stay. A week of half-board, with a full day of organized activities to choose from every day. Very responsive, friendly and professional staff. We had rented an EV, and the hotel has two 11kW charging stations with dedicated parking space for EVs. One of them was working ok, and charging there was a breeze. "Overall very good accommodation, great location at affordable prices. There is a shared kitchen and fridge where you can store your drinks/food. They also had handy lockers to store luggage after check out. The only downsides are that I wished there was a hairdryer in the room and that all reception staff were up to date with public transport options (I asked one of the ladies and she told me I couldn't pay the fare with my debit card, which turns out you can)."

"Very last minute trip and got what we paid for as expected Yes it’s not a 4/5 star but neither is the price the rooms were large and clean- only thing I would have asked is for an extra pillow and blanket as quite cold at night location is very good , 5-10 min walk to beach / front and there is a taxi rank right outside if needed. Only a 10 min drive from airport and 10 mins in Puerto Del carmen ( buses regular for €1) The restaurant is like a large canteen. again very much reflective of...
