"This property was definitely not suitable for holiday accommodation our plane was delayed and we arrived at 1.30 a.m. We had to pick up the key in one area of the town and walk to another area as there did it seem to be any taxis. We had had no previous Iousnindication it was on the 4th floor and the lifts did not work at night. It was overlooking busy railway line and busy docks.."

Nice location on the beach with private parking spot, grocery shopping nearby, wi-fi worked perfectly, easy check-in and check-out process and the owners were wonderful and easy to work with. "The property was exactly as listed. Quite central to Vilanova with a lot of lil restaurants and shops within walking distance. Xavi and his partner made us feel right at home and we were able to communicate despite our Spanish speaking limitations :). The thing to be mindful about is that the property does not have its own parking, has paid parking next door and free parking around 5-6 mins walk away. That slight inconvenience apart, I would definitely recommend the stay and will look to be back...
