"Our stay at Chic&Basic Born Hotel was great. The receptionist was friendly and gave great food recommendations. The room was just as pictured, and housekeeping and fresh towels were provided daily. The location was surrounded by many shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the Arc de Triomf and different neighborhoods. I would stay here again!"

"The room was lovely. Good location of the hotel near the Cathedral, however, the location is a bit dodgy, it isn't the best. The front of house staff can look fed up when we return from the night, however, the gentlemen who checked us out on Sunday morning was lovely and acknowledged us. Works was being done when we were there, the lift had works done and the fumes were so strong, we couldn't quite breathe whilst in the lift."

"A good part of town for transport and shopping if you want. Breakfast is in the sister hotel next door but it’s just like it being in the same hotel because of its close proximity. The hotel has a happy hour when wine and drinks are available to help yourself to from taps in the wall. I’d stay at the hotel again and would recommend it."

"When we got there at late night, we found blankets were not enough for four of us, the shower head holder was broken and the bathroom sink drainage was very slow. After we complained, they fixed all except the drainage that had never fixed till we left. They don’t even reply my text message for the issue after we moved in. "
