"The property is in a perfect location and easily accessible from the central bus stops. There are various shopping amenities within very easy reach and there are several excellent restaurants too. Walking distance to the harbour and sea promenade. Wifi in the room. It would have been great if the children were allowed a bit of fruit juice or a glass of milk with their breakfast. Perhaps a bottle of water in the room would help a weary traveller to refresh themselves. "

"Séjour absolument parfait chez Federico! L'endroit est magnifique, les appartements tres joliment décorées et très bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner fait maison avec du sucré, du salé, des fruits etc... Federico est un hôte adorable, aux petits soins et en plus il parle toutes les langues! J'y retournerai sans aucun doute."

"séjour moyen , certaines chambres donnant sur la rue et donc bruyantes....et de plus un différent avec la propriétaire car contrairement a ce qui était écrit dans la réservation le petit déjeuner n'était pas prévu. Comment allez vous compenser ce différentiel pour 7 personnes ?"

"Apartment is very nice, spotlessly clean with outside space front and back. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a good mattress. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard on duty at the times specified. 5 min walk from the famous Spiaggia La Pelosa, just remember to bring Straw Mat or Microfibre Towel. Only negatives, quite noisy from adjoining apartments, no soundproofing and the area outside property is very run down, lots unfinished construction sites."

"The stay was very comfortable, but I would like to say that some beds were covered by ants. We use to clean it before sleeping and everyday we arrived at night was again full of ants. After waking up, ants were covering us while sleeping. Apart from that, I think it's a very economic place to stay. Close to the villa there are very pretty beaches. I recommend it and would go back again, no matter how many ants I have ate during my sleep."
