"My brother and our families (4 adults, 5 teens) stayed at the Hideaway along with our 2 dogs. Great place! Plenty of comfortable beds for all to have their own space. Living room area and the large dining table was great for playing board games. The dogs (and kids) loved running around in the woods and around the lake. The kitchen is massive, with plenty of room for multiple people to cook and well stocked with every type of pan, utensil or sharp knife you might need! We definitely will put this on our list to return to when the weather is warmer and we can swim in the lake!"

"We had to get ready for a 2:00 wedding & the host was so accommodating & let us check in early. Upon arrival the house smelled fresh & was spotless! Fresh towels & robes in the bathrooms along with shampoo & conditioner. They thought of everything you could possibly need! Loved the coffee bar! "

"We went to Carthage for a family member memorial. It was a perfect location as most of the family is in Carthage, instead of having to stay 10 or more miles away. The property was clean, comfortable and parking was good, it was wide enough for us and other renters. Quiet neighborhood, close to the square. We will be staying again when we go back again. Julie is an excellent host, I had a little request which she addressed. Kudos to you, Julie, and thank you so much."
